BetHubPro runs a free daily game on Instagram. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

BetHubPro is not a gambling service. Coins in the game have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be cashed out. No payment details are ever collected.

What we collect

When you take part by commenting on one of our Instagram posts, we store:

your Instagram username and Instagram user ID;
the fact that you commented on a given post, and when;
your in-game coin balance and game history.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, payment details, location, or the contents of your private messages beyond those you send directly to our account.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the game: to identify your entry, to place your ball in the daily drop, to keep your coin balance, and to reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it comes from

We receive this information from Instagram through Meta's official Instagram API, under the permissions you grant when you interact with our account. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by the Instagram Privacy Policy, not by this one.

How long we keep it

For as long as you take part, and for up to 12 months after your last interaction, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Deleting your data

Ask us to remove everything we hold about you, and we will do so within 30 days. Either send a message to our Instagram account asking for deletion, or email the address below. Removing the app under Instagram's Apps and websites settings also triggers deletion of the data we hold for you.

Age

BetHubPro is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly keep data about under-18s; if we learn we have, we delete it.
